4. Our Response to DMCA Notices

Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, we will:

4. Document the complaint: Keep records of all DMCA notices

5. Counter-Notification

If you believe your content was removed in error or you have authorization to use the material, you may file a counter-notification.

5.1 Counter-Notice Requirements

5.2 Counter-Notice Process

After receiving a valid counter-notification:

2. The complainant has 10-14 business days to file a lawsuit
3. If no lawsuit is filed, we may restore the content after 10-14 business days

6. Repeat Infringer Policy

Buy Me A Rose has a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, accounts of users who are repeat copyright infringers.

6.1 What Constitutes a Repeat Infringer

A user may be considered a repeat infringer if:

• They have received multiple valid DMCA takedown notices
• They repeatedly post infringing content after warnings
• They have a pattern of ignoring copyright law

7. Misrepresentations
